Dr. Lin is the Director of the Stroke and Neurocritical Care Unit in the Department of Neurology at China Medical University Hospital, where he has been responsible for the care of patients in the Stroke and Neurocritical Care Unit for nearly twenty years. He is currently a board member of the Taiwan Neurocritical Care Society. Dr. Lin also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of headache disorders and currently serves as a board member of the Taiwan Headache Society.

Doctor Yuh-Cherng Guo graduated from Kaohsiung Medical University and then received Neurology training at Taipei Veterans General Hospital Neurology Centre. Doctor Guo specializes in neuromuscular diseases, multiple sclerosis, neuro-optic myelitis, severe myasthenia and other peripheral neural immunology diseases. In addition, Doctor Guo also specializes in clinic, electrophysiology, neuromuscular disease abstraction and genetic diagnosis of genetic neuromuscular disease, cerebral atrophy, Motor Neuron Disease and other rare diseases. Doctor Yuh-Cherng Guo was the committee of the Taiwan Neurological Society and is currently the Director of the Department of Neurology’s Neurologic Examination Room. In the recent years, he has conducted diagnosis and treatment research on the neurological immunology related encephalitis and epilepsy.

Dr. Hsu Tsung-Wei specializes in child and adolescent mental and psychological health, as well as psychiatric disorders. She studied psychotherapy in the UK for five years, making him one of the few experts in Taiwan with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Her clinical services include outpatient consultations, day hospitalization, and various therapeutic groups, catering to a wide range of age groups from preschool children to adolescents. Her services address issues such as developmental challenges in infants and toddlers, including motor, language, cognitive, or social development problems (e.g., autism), as well as psychological difficulties, learning disabilities, and emotional-behavioral disorders that may arise during adolescence (e.g., ADHD, sleep disorders).

Dr. Wu Po-Lun specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and impulse control disorders. His work includes pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and research on emerging therapies. Dr. Wu is one of the few experts in Taiwan who offers comprehensive evaluation and services for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and conducts research-based treatments for treatment-resistant OCD. He is also involved in psychiatric consultations, teaching, and training, including providing assessment services for oncology psychology, organ transplantation, rare pediatric diseases, and suicide prevention. Additionally, Dr. Wu offers psychological counseling for patients with psychoneurotic disorders.

She is also involved in psychotherapy, addiction treatment, and the assessment and management of autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Additionally, she is an active member of the geriatric medical team, providing care for patients with dementia, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Dr. Chang Pei-Chen specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry and nutritional medicine, with a particular focus on omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment of ADHD and depression in children and adolescents. Dr. Chang is currently a visiting scholar at King’s College London and leads several multinational research projects, supported by long-term funding from the National Science Council. Her expertise includes attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, autism, and depression in children and adolescents. Dr. Chang's clinical and research achievements have been recognized both domestically and internationally.

Dr. Cheng Jror-Serk specializes in psychiatric rehabilitation, trauma stress, and depression treatment. In 1990, Dr. Cheng went to the University of British Columbia in Canada for clinical training in community psychiatric rehabilitation and became one of the leaders and advocates of the community rehabilitation model in Taiwan. After the 921 earthquake, Dr. Cheng promoted disaster psychological rehabilitation and suicide prevention in Nantou. He has also been invited as an instructor at the International Trauma Study Course at the Japan Psychological Trauma Research Center for many years. During his tenure as President of the Society of Social and Community Psychiatry, Dr. Cheng led more than ten organizations to establish the "Triple Good Alliance" (Good Name, Good Benefits, Good Life), successfully advocating for the renaming of schizophrenia. In May 2014, the Ministry of Health and Welfare agreed to rename it as "schizophrenia spectrum disorder." He also advocated for a "recovery-oriented" mental health rehabilitation system. In recent years, Dr. Cheng has been promoting non-violent communication in families, schools, and medical settings to enhance empathy and improve family, parent-child, teacher-student, and doctor-patient relationships.
Wan-Ju Cheng

Dr. Cheng specializes in the treatment of sleep disorders, occupational stress, smoking, alcohol and drug addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. She holds certifications as a sleep specialist, addiction specialist, and occupational medicine physician. Having received psychoanalytic psychotherapy training, she offers treatment options for psychoneurotic disorders beyond pharmacotherapy. Her clinical service and scientific research have been outstanding. In 2007, she received the Best Physician Award from Taipei City Hospital, in 2015, she was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Award from National Taiwan University, and in 2018, she was honored with the Excellent Physician Award and Excellent Teaching Award from China Medical University Hospital. She was awarded research grants from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) in collaboration with the Finnish Academy in both 2018 and 2019, and in 2019, she received the Young Researcher Award from the Taiwan Society of Addiction Science.
