He holds multiple leadership roles, including board member of the Taiwan Orthopedic Association and Executive Director of the Taiwan Spine Society. Dr. Chen specializes in spinal surgeries, particularly scoliosis correction, spinal degeneration, trauma, tumors, and minimally invasive spine surgery. He is also experienced in stem cell therapy and has received the 14th National Innovation Award for his work on a spinal fusion simulation system. Over the past five years, he has published 36 SCI-indexed papers in the field of spine surgery.
