2024/12/4
  • Do not consume alcohol and spicy, fried foods, peanuts and other stimulants.
  • Eat more vegetables and fruits, develop the habit of defecating for a short time every day, and try to avoid constipation or diarrhea.
  • Develop regular bowel habits and avoid staying up late.
  • Wash the anus with warm water after defecation.
  • Take a warm sitz bath (about 40℃) every morning and evening and after defecation. The bath time should not last too long, but 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Avoid staying in the same position all the time. To remove blood stasis, do light exercise once in a while, and move around for 3 to 4 minutes every 1 hour for people spending much time seated.
  • The use of enema and laxative is easy to form habits, so people should avoid purchasing and using them by themselves.
  • If you have abnormal symptoms, such as blood in your stool, see a rectal surgeon immediately.
