Description
As one of the methods for rhinoplasty, nasal implants are often used for facial appearance adjustment or post-traumatic rhinoplasty for the purpose of assisting in the recovery of nasal shape. Whether to use it or not is decided after full discussion with the doctor.

Possible Side Effects
- Deformity or displacement of the nasal implants by collision
- Tissue or wound infection from the implant
- Numbness or abnormal sensation of heat and cold due to implants
Postoperative Care
- A cold packing should be given for swelling caused by the implant, and antibiotics should be administered regularly according to the doctor's instructions.
- An immediate return visit is required for any abnormal secretion, redness, swelling, heat or pain of the wound.
