Home care
Home care means providing health care and health-related services in the case’s residence. When the case does not need to receive continuous professional care in the hospital for 24 hours, but has to recuperate at home due to health condition, home care is to help the case recuperate at home that he/she is familiar with. Continuous medical care is provided by various professionals from the hospital, so that patients with chronic diseases do not have to be hospitalized, and can take care of themselves at home or with the help of family members, so as to achieve the goal of improving, maintaining or restoring health.
