  • Maintain emotional stability, remove disturbing factors and reduce tension.
  • In addition to eating a balanced diet every day, you should have more water and fiber-rich foods, such as vegetables, fruits, kelp, etc.
  • If there are no special disease restrictions, keep daily intake of water is 2000 cc (about 8 large glasses), and drink proper boiled water, ice milk or ice juice before breakfast each day can promote bowel movements.
  • Exercise every day can strengthen the abdominal muscles and promote bowel movements. For example, walk at least 30 minutes a day.
  • Develop the habit of regular bowel movements. The best time to go to the toilet is 15-20 minutes after breakfast or dinner every day.
  • Don't hold back when you want to defecate, don't use too much force or use the toilet for too long.
