What is psychotherapy?
The goal of psychotherapy is to achieve a certain improvement and calming effect through "talk therapy", so that it can help individuals obtaining a better level of self-awareness and further develop one’s potential in adaptation to the environment and react to stressful situations.
Do you need psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy can be helpful when you are having difficulties at different stages in life, including during school years, a job adaptation, marriage. Psychotherapy can also be helpful in situations including getting along with others, having some mental symptoms such as depression, agitation, fear, fatigue, and when you are feeling uneasy or unhappy about life.
