OBS/ GNY Instructions for hospitalization before surgery 婦產部手術住院前須知

  1. Please report to the inpatient center on the first floor of Lifu Medical Building after waiting for the notification from the inpatient center according to the scheduled date and time.
  2. Please bring your ID card, health insurance card, clean clothes, surgical anesthesia consent and documents given by the inpatient center when you report.
  3. Please complete the ECG and chest X-ray examination one week before hospitalization.
  4. There will be a small amount of vaginal bleeding and secretions after the operation, please bring your own sanitary napkin.
  5. Hospitalization expenses can be paid by credit card, please do not bring valuables during hospitalization.
  6. The night before hospitalization, the skin of the surgical area should be cleaned during bathing, and the belly button should be cleaned with soap, nail polish (Including phototherapy nails) should be painted off, contact lenses, removable dentures should also be removed.
  7. If you are taking drugs containing anticoagulants, please stop using them one week before the operation.
  8. If you need a medical certificate (such as insurance claims, labor insurance delivery, leave, etc.), please inform the medical staff one day before discharge to save time.
  9. The application form for disability benefit and medical certificate of injury or illness from the Labor and Agricultural Insurance Bureau (no age limit) or the application for disability benefit for public servants (no age limit), please apply to the Labor Insurance Bureau, the peasant association or the original insurance unit.
