Department Introduction

It is also capable of treating a range of endocrine and metabolic diseases, including diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, gout, obesity, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands, pituitary gland, hypothalamus, gonads, osteoporosis, and other related diseases. We also work closely with doctors in the fields of ophthalmology, neurology and surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, otolaryngology, radiology, nuclear medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, etc. Collaborating to provide patients with the most advanced treatments for their diseases.

Featured Healthcare

1. Actively control blood sugar with insulin pump we currently have about 100 patients using insulin pumps in our department, including adults and children. Through continuous monitoring of the insulin pump and individualized adjustments by a professional team, patients can not only effectively control their blood sugar, but also improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of long-term complications of diabetes,

2. Early diagnosis of thyroid cancer and innovative genetic precision medical treatment for thyroid cancer before surgery Thyroid nodule cell puncture is performed under the guidance of thyroid ultrasound. Even small thyroid cancers less than 1 cm can be diagnosed at an early stage. In addition, puncture cells can be used for genetic testing of thyroid cancer for the first time, providing precise treatment for thyroid cancer.

3. Radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules The electrode needle is placed into the thyroid nodule using thyroid ultrasound positioning, and the heat can shrink the thyroid nodule.

4. Diagnosis and treatment primary aldosteronism we have accumulated 420 cases of primary aldosteronism and extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of primary aldosteronism over the past five years, providing patients with the best treatment options.

Innovative Research and Development

Precision genetic medicine for preoperative thyroid cancer: For the treatment of thyroid cancer, it is applicable to preoperative evaluation, postoperative use of radioactive iodine, and selection of targeted drugs after recurrence. Thyroid cancer types and disease severity vary greatly. In the past, for differentiated thyroid cancer (papillary type, follicular type), surgical resection (total resection or unilobectomy) and postoperative radioactive iodine (low dose vs. high dose) were mainly selected based on the risk of recurrence. However, there is now preoperative thyroid cancer gene testing, which can assist in the selection of surgical methods for thyroid cancer and the judgment of disease prognosis, providing more accurate treatment.
