Please refrain from eating or drinking until the symptoms are relieved, so as to avoid stomach irritation, causing diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Please rinse your mouth after vomiting to avoid vomiting caused by unpleasant breath.
During the course of the disease, pay attention to whether your vomit and excrement appeared abnormal (bleeding, mucus, melena, etc.), these information help diagnosis and treatment.
Within one week after the onset of gastroenteritis, it is recommended that the food is lightly cooked. Use less oil, avoid fried and spicy foods. Eat small meals and chew thoroughly. Develop good eating habits, slow down your eating speed, take regular amounts, and avoid overeating.
After leaving the hospital, please follow the doctor's advice to take the medicine on time, and follow up at a gastroenterology clinic treatment within 2 to 3 days.
