醫師個人介紹
洪崇傑 Hung Chung-Chieh
精神醫學部成癮防治精神科主任、成癮防治中心主任
洪崇傑醫師於中國醫藥大學附設醫院精神醫學部，取得精神專科與成癮專科醫師執照；專長除一般精神疾病如思覺失調症、雙極性疾患、憂鬱症與睡眠障礙之診治，亦專精於酒精與藥物使用疾患之治療，包括從事相關範疇之藥物治療、心理治療，嶄新療法，新興與常見成癮物質如檳榔成癮之遺傳分子轉譯機轉及相關治療等研究。洪醫師同時是國內少數擁有醫學博士與法學碩士學位之跨領域司法精神鑑定專家，目前仍於中正大學法律學系博士班就讀，擁有十多年豐富民事與刑事困難案件之司法精神鑑定經驗。
