Can i pleased have a copy of my medical record last Feb.21,2023 for i need them as requirement for my new job

Application eligibility
The original ID card can only be applied.
Application hours
Monday to Friday：Morning 08:30- Afternoon 17:00
Saturday: Morning 08:30-12:00
Collection Site:
Lifu Medical Building “Replicate Medical Record Application/Collection Office” of Admission Center.
